These Terms of Use (hereinafter, “the Terms of Use”) establish the conditions under which users are offered access to the Pimpop websites, services and applications (hereinafter, “the Service”), which is a platform that allows local merchants, artisans and producers (hereinafter the "Seller") to offer products and services to the entire community made up of users, as well as the geographical location of said merchants, their establishments or establishments that offer their products or services.
